Our Mission

We remember feeling completely overwhelmed and entirely unprepared after getting Elena's diagnosis.  I never knew that a food allergy could be so severe, much less, life threatening.  It took a while for us to understand how to manage and understand Elena's allergies.  But once we did, we faced the constant challenge of educating those around her.  

Family gatherings, play dates, events, parties, restaurants etc, always posed a risk and extra planning and inconveniences.  It truly does take a village when dealing with food allergies.  

Our mission at Unicorn Kids is to keep littles safe in a cute and fun way that makes them feel special and encourages them to embrace their uniqueness.  We also hope to give parents a little more peace of mind as these shirts can act as safe reminders to the "village" surrounding our littles.
